Making of Jaggery (GUR) with Sugar cane

1st of all with the help of this machine making of sugar cane juice happened. 



After that sugar cane juice is makes hot with burning fire under this juice.

Then juice becomes thick. 


Now juice makes thick properly, its stage to take juice in skull of wood. in this stage thick sugar cane becomes cool after 25 to 30 min.
In the last when thick sugar cane becomes cool then people makes thick cane in small pieces and then in 10 to 20 min sugar cane becomes solid. And this is called JAGGERY.
